 Cancellation Policy

As a small independently-owned Inn, cancellations greatly affect us.  Reservations that are cancelled less than 14 days will incur (apart from the one to three night   non-refundable deposit), a 25% fee for remaining balance of reservation; this will be charged to Guest’s credit card. During Holiday Periods, any portion of a reservation cancelled less that 14 days, 100% of the remaining balance (not including three-night non-refundable deposit) will be penalized, unless we are able to re-rent the room. Any reservations considered 'long term' (one week or more), any reservation consisting of more than one room or any 'discounted' reservations based upon length of stay: if any portion of these reservations is cancelled, the entire reservation will either be non-refundable or will be penalized by a non-refundable portion plus 25% due for remaining balance. It is agreed that such charges will be applied to Guest’s credit card as required. These policies are considered final. The hotel does not offer refunds. We reserve the right to apply all conditions. Late arrivals (‘Check-In’ after 4PM) As the Office closes at 7:00 PM, it is imperative that we are aware of any ‘late arrival’ (after 4 pm)  check-ins  at least one day in advance in order for us to have someone available to check you in or arrange for keys. Unless otherwise      notified, we will consider that a Guest who has not arrived by 4 PM (without advance   notice to us) a ´cancellation´, allowing us the option to re-rent the room.

 

Hotel Policies

Office Hours are 8 AM to 7 PM.

Check-in time is between 2 and 7 PM\

 Check-out time is 11 AM. (Unless pre-authorized, a late charge may apply)

(11 AM until 1 PM a fee of $20 willy apply ana after 1 PM, a one night rate will apply)

 Breakfast is served on the Office Patio from 8 AM to 10 AM

 Maximum occupancy per room: 2-4 persons, according to room design.

Extra beds are, unfortunately, unavailable. Room rates are based on single or double occupancy.

 $15 will be charged for each additional person. (There is no charge for children under two years of age)

    By law, all rooms, Reception and Patio area are non-smoking.

(Smoking is allowed only in the Gardens and Gazebo)

  Children must be supervised at all times

We cannot be held responsible for accidents or lost or missing items.

 We are, unfortunately, unable to accept pets

 Our Hotel Cancellation Policy applies to all reservations

(located on Website and in Office)

  Any unacceptable behavior will result in immediate removal from premises 

(plus forfeiture of entire cost of reservation)

 Fees for excessive damage/loss to room and/or property

(including remote controls and all keys) 

will be charged to Guest’ credit card.
